In other words, to monitor a call you must have permission to playback the call.

Easy to use:

Log in
Double click on the call or Click the play button in the first column of the call listing, or Select the call and press the play button at the top left of the window.
To stop monitoring, simply click the pause/play button or start monitoring another call.
